Toronto Research Chemicals Inc. manufactures and supplies complex organic small molecules that are not otherwise commercially available. The company’s expanding product lines include unique and highly specialized chemicals for drug development, and medical and biochemical research.

This new fit-out for TRC is a 200,000 sf facility in Vaughan, Ontario that will house production labs, analytical labs, solvent storage, and warehousing. The lab space will occupy 170,000 sf of the renovated space, while the office space will comprise 30,000 sf. The site and building shell are provided by the landlord, with Allyant managing the construction of the interior build.
