ANDREW ELIOT
Andrew has more than 30 years of experience in construction management and project management in the pharmaceutical and food industries. He has specialized experience in managing large capital projects, cleanroom installation, and wastewater management systems. His exceptional communication and leadership skills allow him to create effective teams, meet customer needs, and complete projects within budget and on schedule.
Todd Morgan, P.ENG
A professional engineer and certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Todd has led and directly managed capital projects, engineering services contracts, engineering and maintenance teams, and project teams for nearly thirty years. Todd's expertise includes process engineering, building design, critical environments, validation, and project management in pharmaceutical, food, and institutional sectors.
Pankaj Khanna, P.Eng., PMP
Result oriented leader with 16+ years of diverse experience in the field of project management, construction management, plant design & process engineering in biotech & pharmaceutical industries.
Directly managed or provided technical support to multiple high-profile projects in vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, mRNA and human plasma domain (>$2 billion). Led projects in Canada, USA, Australia, India and South Africa. Expertise in navigatingcomplex projects and working environments to develop high performing teams focused on results. Managed multiple regulatory inspections from FDA and other agencies with success.
Malcolm Yates, CET, PQS
A Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and Certified Engineering Technician (CET), Malcolm has more than 45 years of experience in the ICI sector, specializing in the pharmaceutical and science industries. His extensive knowledge of contracts, design, constructability, and cost control, as well as his ability to contribute practical advice, are vital to the Pre-Construction stages of the project.
AARON STYLES, P.ENG.
With over 25 years of operational and project management expertise, Aaron is a seasoned professional adept at leading major CAPEX projects. His profound understanding of end-user perspectives and his ability to deliver value to all stakeholders shine through in his track record of success across projects in pharmaceuticals, aseptic filling, biotech and high-performance environments.
Jaspreet (Jas) Kaur, PMP
Jaspreet has over 9 years of experience in the field of project controls, project management, construction management, design coordination, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) coordination and equipment start-up for major capital projects, mainly in the pharmaceutical and food industry. Jaspreet's engineering training provides him with the ability to understand technical issues and to provide solutions to problems encountered on the jobsite.
TIM CLARKE, BA, BCM
With more than 30 years of experience as a construction manager, superintendent and general contractor, Tim is highly skilled in the management of large and complex projects in the ICI sector, specializing in pharmaceutical and science industries. Tim’s extensive knowledge of contracts, as well as his strong strategic focus with an emphasis on team building, consistently contributes to achieving project goals.
CHRIS ULLYETT, P.Eng, MBA, PMP
Chris has over 33 years of experience in project management, design, construction, start-up, and commissioning of ICI and pharmaceutical facilities. Chris has specialized experience in managing large capital projects. Chris focusses on the overall project planning and design, as well as the details required for successful construction. His engineering experience, communication, and leadership skills allow him to manage and deliver projects meeting strict technical requirements within budget and schedule.
