MediPharm Labs is a provider of pharmaceutical cannabis extraction and processing services. To address the growing need for additional space, Allyant was engaged as prime contractor to construct a fast-tracked quality control laboratory and a research and development laboratory within MediPharm’s existing facility. To meet the client’s schedule and quality requirements, the areas were constructed in a phased approach to allow the QC Laboratory to be completed on a fast-tracked schedule as it was required for immediate use (completed in 2019).

The facilities included custom laboratory millwork, and clean and durable finishes, including sheet resilient flooring, as well as independent HVAC systems to maintain precise temperature and humidity control within the laboratory.
