Andrew has specialized experience in managing large capital projects, cleanroom installation, and wastewater management systems. His exceptional communication and leadership skills allow him to create effective teams, meet customer needs, and complete projects within budget and on schedule.

Todd Morgan, P.Eng

Owner, Director of Engineering

A professional engineer and certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Todd has a proven track record in leadership, problem solving, and executing a variety of capital, engineering and improvement projects. Todd has led and directly managed capital projects, engineering services contracts, engineering and maintenance teams, and project teams for 28 years. Todd has provided leadership to teams and projects in both professional services consulting and industry, and has expertise in process engineering, building design, critical environments (including clean rooms), validation and project management in a variety of technical areas and industry sectors including pharmaceuticals, food, and institutional areas.

Malcolm Yates, CET, PQS

Pre-Construction Specialist

A Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and Certified Engineering Technician (CET). Malcolm has over 45 years of experience encompassing a wide range of projects in the ICI sector, specializing in the Pharmaceutical and Sciences sector. His extensive knowledge of contracts, design, constructibility and cost control and his ability to contribute practical advice are vital to the Pre-Construction stages of the project. He possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire the best from the project team.

Tim Clarke, BA, BCM

Construction Manager

With over 30 years of experience as Construction Manager, Superintendent and a General Contractor, Tim brings a rich and varied background in the field of Construction. He has been responsible for all Construction Management functions including contract negotiation, design/build process, development of guaranteed maximum price contract, etc. Highly skilled in the management of large and complex projects encompassing a wide range of projects within the ICI sector, specializing in the pharmaceutical and sciences sectors. His extensive knowledge of contracts, strong strategic focus and an emphasis on team building contributes to maintaining a clear path towards achieving project goals.

Project Manager

A team player, Jaspreet holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful construction experience. In her role as a Project Manager, Jaspreet fosters an environment of team building and ensures that the strategies are clearly defined while maintaining morale. Excellent written, and oral communication skills with a proven ability in assessing client needs and effectively resolving difficult customer situations. Jaspreet enjoys opportunities that let her " think outside the box" deriving new solutions to old problems through strategic information gathering, data collection and comprehensive scrutiny.
